These Terms of Use apply to Climate Scout Pro, a travel planning and weather risk mitigation app developed by Gani Tunc.
Climate Scout Pro provides historical weather analysis, travel insights, packing suggestions, and destination comparison tools. The app is intended for informational and planning purposes only.
Weather and climate information is based on available historical and forecast data from third-party sources. Climate Scout Pro does not guarantee exact weather conditions, travel safety, or trip outcomes.
Climate Scout Pro may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app or its services.
Climate Scout Pro is provided “as is”. The developer is not responsible for losses, damages, missed trips, travel disruptions, or decisions made based on app information.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
