When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iOS version, your device model, the app version (shown in Settings → Climate Scout Pro) and what you were doing when the problem appeared.

Is this a weather forecast?

No. Climate Scout Pro analyses what the weather actually did at your destination over the past ten years for the same calendar dates. It shows you what is typical, not what will happen. For the days immediately ahead, use a normal forecast app.

Why is the UV index missing for some trips?

UV index data from our weather provider only goes back to 2021. When no UV data is available for the dates you picked, the UV card is hidden rather than showing a misleading value.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also reach the same screen from Settings → Manage Subscription inside the app.

I paid but Pro is not active

Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the purchase.

Weather and climate data is provided by Open-Meteo.com under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.
